Dinner in the Park 2023

Dear Friends of Dinner in the Park

We hope this message finds you well.

It is with great disappointment that we announce the cancellation of the highly anticipated Dinner in the Park 2023, which was scheduled to take place on September 9, 2023. We understand the excitement and anticipation surrounding this event, and we share in your disappointment about this unforeseen circumstance.

We are committed to a Dinner in the Park that continues to be a premier event for Carmichael that is looked forward to every year.  But the event is a yearlong planning effort with more than 105 volunteers serving our 400 guests. This year, due to circumstances beyond our control, we just couldn’t pull it all together in a manner that would again ensure the highest level of celebration for our Parks.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we want to assure you that we explored all possible alternatives before arriving at this conclusion. Your understanding and support during these challenging times are greatly appreciated.

While we are saddened that we won’t be able to bring you Dinner in the Park as planned, we are actively working on future events that we believe will be equally enchanting and memorable. Please save the date of September 7, 2024! Stay tuned for updates and announcements regarding upcoming events by following our official channels, including our website, social media accounts, and newsletters.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who have contributed to the planning and preparation of Dinner in the Park 2023. Your dedication and enthusiasm are invaluable, and we eagerly look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with you again in the future.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the cancellation of Dinner in the Park 2023, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support.

Once again, we deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we thank you for your understanding and ongoing support. We remain committed to providing you with exceptional events and experiences in the future.

Warm regards,
